Love muffins you have to listen to this unreleased hot like fire Mya song “Shake It (Like a Dog)” featuring rapper Jim Jones! This unreleased track was supposed to be on Mya’s Control Freak album, that was to be released mid-2005 release but due to some craziness caused by her changing labels (A&M records to Motown records) most of the Control Freak album including this song was scrapped when she began recording new music her Liberation album. He may possibly be the unhealthiest man in Britain, but Pete Doherty is stepping up to the plate and doing something about it… sort of. Yes, he’s quit rehab for the millionth time and is never snapped without a cigarette in his mouth, but Petey has apparently taken up meditation and Tai Chi to cope with the stresses and strains of balancing touring and quality heroin time.

Babyshambles bandmate Adam Ficek told Xfm: “You won’t believe this, but Pete’s actually meditating next door right now.

“I’ve got him into it. I do a lot of Tai Chi… Stranger things have happened in the land of Babyshambles.”

I called it! Amy Winehouse is back in rehab and seeking help for the addictions that have caused her life to spiral out of control. The Daily Mail reports today that Amy was seen by doctors at the London Clinic in Harley Street (plastic surgery and drug clinic center of London), who ordered her to seek help for her drug addiction(s). She is now believed to be at the Causeway Clinic in Essex, although she has visited this clinic twice before, both times unsuccessful in her mission to kick the habits that are ruling her life.

Although Amy herself is yet to comment to the media about her addictions and her latest rehab venture, her mother-in-law and close friends have a lot to say.

Blake’s mother Georgette Civil says she is happy that Amy has cancelled her tour because it means they can finally “get her into rehab and persuade her to get the professional help she needs.”

A friend of Amy’s also spoke out last night, saying that Amy “could not go on as she was and realized she needed help. Hopefully this will be the last time and she will sort herself out.”
