Actress Kerry Washington picked this blue Hanii Y. dress for the Creative Coalition’s Poker Detente in D.C., while Bell wore the same dress to a L.A. art exhibit in Venice. This one is a toss up. Who rocked it better?

The only difference between them are the skin hues and jacked shoes. They got the same leg out, same pitiful faces, hell did they get a cheat sheet on how to pose in it too.
I say neither. Not feeling the dress at all.

love the dress love the classic look and Jerry rocked it better I dont like the blue dress w/ the gold jewels or gold shoes not classic!
