November 14, 2007 Britney Spears Gets Liposuction Again!
It is being reported that Britney Spears paid over $12 000 for five hours of liposuction at the Minoli Plastic Surgery Clinic & Spa in Henderson, Nevada! A little birdie told us that the procedure occurred on November 10th and is the first step of a full body makeover Brit-Brit feels is needed to regain her throne as the Queen of Pop. As you love muffins may recall Britney’s first liposuction procedure was completed in April, so this one makes it her second lipo procedure with Dr John Minoli this year.
Well I guess that’s one way not to be a lard-bucket but I would suggest the walking train-wreck (who just so happens to have the hottest album in the country) stop eating all that greasy fast-food which she always washes down with those high-calorie Starbucks frappuccinos!

I just don’t get the “go under the knife” thing. It just seems so easy but very risky. Britty could have worked this off rehersing and exercising.
