Dr jan adams is going down , he might even get the death penalty . He is a shady character , who without a license performed a four hour surgery in 8 hours . He had to have seen the complications , and he sent her home not even to a post op facility . He is in big trouble , and his previous dui records does not help ... Dr west , should have checked him our first , maybe because she saw him on Oprah or people recommended him , I mean how did he get on oprah without connections >? this case will give voice to all others with out a voice in this stituation . These doctors keep doing this , and the insurance doesn't like to pay out . What ever happened to diet and exercise? That is the true "magic pill." The procedures she had are extremely invasive, and it's unfortunate that plastic surgery has become so the norm, that people are desensitized to extreme consequences like these. People, take the time to LOVE yourselves enough that the influences of the world don't lead you to make extreme decisions that can have devistating results. People die everyday for reasons beyond their control; to go out like this just seems like a frivolous decision on Mrs. Kanyes part.

I don't know that I believe TMZ on this one, specifically because of the HIPA laws. I'm not in the medical profession, but even I know about that. I'm sure Dr. Adams knows better. However, it will not be because of Dr. West's death. Things like this happen more frequently than you realize. However, discussing this without a release from the family is a violation of federal law. He was a bit premature in trying to save his practice. His "leak" to TMZ is what will bring him down. He is in charge with assessing his patients before performing surgery. You don't perform surgery on high risk patients. Sadly, Dr. West didn't listen to her instincts. This is just so tragic and what's even more sad is that plastic surgery will increase and people will overlook the risks. It's like smoking cigarettes. But the reasons he stated could have been prevented. Coumadin or an anticoagulant for preventing blood clots, not doing the surgery on a patient with heart problems, close monitoring of a high risk patient. I don't know who touched this woman but everyone is getting investigated from the surgeon to the nurse to family members who were present with her.
