November 7, 2007 Sad Times For Nick Hogan!
According to PEOPLE, Nick Hogan is being booked on criminal charges related to his Aug. 26 car crash while his attorneys tell PEOPLE, “We are confident the evidence will demonstrate that this was an accident.” Hogan, 17, turned himself in Wednesday on a charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. A source close to the Hogan family tells PEOPLE that Nick will be tried as an adult. His passenger and friend, John Graziano, 22, was critically injured in the crash and remains hospitalized. It’s also just been reported that Nick drank alcohol before the crash. This doesn’t look good for poor Nick!

Sadly, he is going to jail. I don’t see how his daddy is gonna get him out of this one.

I’m still clueless on how people with all that money choose to drink and drive. Get a driver. Hell, get a stunt driver too! Geez. I like the Hogan show. Looks like daddy can’t free his baby boy now.
