Mariah Carey during the early stages of her career (1992) was hounded by the critics who were suggesting she couldn’t actually sing and that her high notes were synthesizer creations in the studio. Heard the Unplugged CD and was so amazed I went out and bought the Live DVD! This is prolly the best Live performance I have ever seen. Mariah WILL go down as the BEST singer that ever picked up a mic. MARK MY WORDS!!!!

Often imitated; never duplicated. I remember when this came out. I was in 11th grade in high school. It’s crazy how time flies. That seemed like so many life times ago.
