Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced Wednesday to six months in jail for violating probation in her DUI case. Rodriguez admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof that she completed her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcoholic-monitoring device. Is this chick crazy? The Lost star must report to a Los Angeles County Jail by Dec 24. I guess the good news is that she will be sentenced to an all women’s dentition center. I’m sure she is going to love that! What is wrong with this child Love Muffins? Please Tell Me!

The ever loud and outspoken Janice Dickinson has once again gone under the knife. Janice told Usmagazine.com that she had a tummy tuck and a “mini neck left” Monday in Beverly Hills. The Self- Proclaimed “world’s first supermodel” was told she didn’t need the tummy tuck however she felt she had “a lot of extra skin” and wanted her abs to be tighter. Just from looking at recent pictures of Janice I don’t think her body is her big problem right now. Thoughts?

UPDATE:Bobby Brown is NOW denying Wednesday’s reports he had a mild heart attack, saying he is healthy and ready to begin his upcoming tour. “None of it’s true,” the singer told the Associated Press Radio late Wednesday. “I don’t know where the heart attack thing came from – I’m just fine.” However, the mild heart attack was confirmed by Brown’s attorney just hours before the singer went on AP Radio- That Brown had been rushed to the hospital with chest pains and was “recovering nicely” Something don’t sound right Love Muffins. I’m just playing Love Muffins! However, Reports are flying in that our longtime friend, Mr. Houston did suffer a mild heart attack on Wednesday. Phaedra Parks, Bobby’s attorney stated the attack was caused by stress and diet, but not an overdose. “He has been examined, and doctors determined there is a no blockage but inflammation of the heart” Something tells me Bobby stopped by the bank on Wednesday and saw his negative checking account and acted a monkey doodle fool which lead to his heart attack! I wonder if Whitney is going to cover his medical expenses?

TMZ has learned that Britney Spears will ask to expand her visitation rights to include overnight visits with her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James!

Britney Spears plans to go to court tomorrow with her lawyers to ask the judge to expand her visitation rights to overnight visits with her kids. We’re told Spears was urged by her lawyers to attend the hearing, scheduled for 8:30 AM in downtown Los Angeles. We’ve also learned Spears has now had several clean drug tests. Brit’s lawyers will use these tests and other evidence to make their case. They’ve told Britney her presence will show the judge how much she cares about the kids — she finally gets it and plans to show. Currently, Spears has monitored visitation — the kids are deposited in the morning and returned to K-Fed in the early evening.

If Brit-Brit is not using drugs and has her family backing her up, I don’t see why she shouldn’t have overnight visitation with her two boys.
