In a order issued today, Commissioner Scott Gordon has denied Brit-Brit custody of her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. The merciful commissioner did at least grant her three visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit, all visits will be monitored.

The parenting coach really rang the alarm on Britney and it sounds like she deserved it! Here are some of the written highlights:

In the order, the Commish wrote that when Britney has the kids, “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.” The Commish also recounts what the parenting coach complained of — that “during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.”

The coached also wrote:

“It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.”The coach also said Spears seemed to have a “lack of general attention at times” but there was nothing she “would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense.”

But the most disturbing comment the parenting coach unleashed was:

“The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”

All I have to say is that I respect and agree with the court’s decision. When you make your bed hard you have to lay in it! And can you believe she still hasn’t childproofed her pool area and had to be ordered to do so by Friday!

Checkout Brit-Brit hitting the streets of Hollywood last night rocking a slutty-butty Halloween costume to make an unplanned appearance at the Virgin Mega Store on Sunset for the midnight release of her new album, Blackout. After she saw all the pappazzi waiting/couldn’t find a parking space Britney bounced, leaving her fans hanging and sad.

Brit-Brit then headed to Winston’s to celebrate her album release with Alli Simms and Sam Lufti but was pulled over by the police. Let go with just a warning Brit-Brit went on to party at the exclusive nightspot. Ok! magazine has delivered the blow by blow details of her wild night and here’s the highlights of what their sources reported!

- Brit downed Grey Goose vodka and mixers throughout the night (so much for rehab!)

- She spent “a good portion” of her evening in a toilet stall with Alli. Says a source: “At one point, Brit even asked me which way the stall was because she ‘really had to go!’ She asked: ‘is the stall this way or that way’’ gesturing towards one of the stalls and towards the exit back out into the club. I pointed her in the right direction. Britney took care of business without ever letting go of her red lollipop.”

- When the DJ played ‘Gimme More,’ Spears took to a tabletop to show off her new moves and “the crowd went wild!” She capped off the song by dirty-dancing with several male fans.

- When it was time to go home, Britney turned to a gorgeous brunette bartender, who was wearing a low-cut black dress, and said, ‘you have nice t*ts! Mine are all saggy’!” The bartender, somewhat dumbstruck by the comment, replied, ‘Thank you?!!’ Brit then asked the girl, “Do you wanna change? I wanna switch outfits!! Let’s switch!!’ The proceed to switch outfits — bras and all.

Gwen Stefani, a Southern California native, is reaching out to victims of the wildfires by donating proceeds of her Tuesday concert at San Diego’s Cox Arena to local charity the San Diego Foundation, which is helping the community recover from the ongoing disaster. Stefani announced the effort on San Diego radio station 93.3 KHTS on Monday morning (October 29). “San Diego has always been so supportive of me throughout my entire career … living in Orange County, it has always been like a second home to me,” she said on air.
