Checkout an obviously overjoyed Brit-Brit heading over to Neiman Marcus after being granted one overnight supervised visitation per week with her two sons yesterday in court. Yes, it may be just one night but it’s certainly a step in the right direction. There are reports that yesterday during her 40 minute exchange with L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon she was “contentious, argumentative and condescending.”

We’re told Spears had a back and forth with the Commish that lasted approximately 40 minutes. She constantly interrupted him and at times was extremely sarcastic. At one point she started thanking the judge for what he had done, but her tone was heavily laced with disdain.

It’s really hard for me to believe that she would be “extremely sarcastic” with the county commissioner who has the power to ban her from seeing her children; Brit-Brit might be a little crazy right now but I don’t think she’s that crazy.

Update: Britney Spears will get one overnight visit with her kids per week! L.A. County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon partially accepted her lawyer’s plea to give Brit-Brit monitored overnight visitation.

A court spokesman said today was the result of a compromise between the two sides — Brit wanted more, K-Fed didn’t want her to have any overnights.

It is being reported that Brit-Brit has just walked into court in a last ditch effort to get her boys!

She’s wearing a black shirt and jeans, and her hair is down. She’s carrying her ever-present white purse and is drinking a Coke — regular, not Diet. We sat and watched as Britney was sworn in by the Commissioner. Then her lawyer asked all of the media to leave. The nerve! Brit is sporting black sunglasses — in court. The Commish, however, says that’s cool. She’s got a “medical condition” that requires her to wear them. As we told you, that condition is shared by Sean Preston, Jayden James and K-Fed — pink eye!

and then Brit-Brit was seen leaving the courtroom.

Britney Spears has just left the courtroom, looking extremely upset and teary-eyed. K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is going to speak with the media in 30 minutes.

So much drama!
