October 30, 2007 Keyshia Cole Covers Vibe!

Keyshia Cole looks just splendiferous as she graces the December 2007 cover of Vibe magazine. I must admit I have a new found appreciation for her.. dare I say… beauty!
You can’t miss VIBE’s December 2007 issue, which officially hits stands November 12. Featuring “Hell’s Angel,” an intimate Keyshia Cole cover story written by Cole’s fellow Oakland native, VIBE Editor-in-Chief Danyel Smith – with a gang of even more stunning photos inside, trust. Keyshia intimately discusses growing up hard in Oakland, only to become an icon. “Now I’ve overcome everything,” she tells Smith, “And I’m looking in the mirror, only to figure out who I am.”
I ain’t mad at ya girl! You better hold your ta-tas while looking like the Black Marilyn Monroe! Work!

Beautiful picture—yes. Overcome “everything”? No. There is ALWAYS room for self improvement. There is NO perfection in man. Her money has helped her evolve. She is NO WHERE near an icon. That’s real talk. I like her–but an icon she is not.

I love it…and to you AJ.
YOU don’t know struggle, I’m from the Bay.
Oakland so far has had over 200 deaths this year, in a 24 hour period over 12 robberies were reported, and over 30% in a hike in aggravted assults… and more than 100 percent increase in gang related violence… just this year
So honestly, for you to say to just push that aside that, her struggle isn’t hard, YOU ARE NUTS.
Can there be at least one positive remark to a positive lady who rather sing and make people happy, than to relate to where she grew up at and follow maybe her moms footsteps?
Pshhh i’m tired of people thinking they are better than others, and “that’s real talk”
