Sources have confirmed to TMZ that Jennifer Lopez is pregnant!
In addition, they are reporting that J.Lo and Marc Anthony are expecting twins. Wow, Marc Anthony must have some super sperm! Congrats!

nah he doesnt have super sperm…that’s what happens when you use fertility drugs MULPTIPLES.
