Jessica Simpson was spotted rocking a short blue mini showcasing her legs of steel at Tenjune in New York City on Tuesday night with friends. For some reason Jessica Simpson is starting to look like a different person! I mean, I don’t know what it is but her and her sister for that matter are morphing into some random blonde chicks.
