October 1, 2007 BRITNEY SPEARS HAS LOST HER KIDS!
Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her two sons! Due to Britney driving without a driver’s license while her children were in the car with her this past weekend – Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s attorney, paid a visit to Los Angeles Superior Court Monday morning seeking full custody for K-Fed! And it was granted!
The ruling states:
“Respondent’s oral motion pursuant to section 214FC is granted and the matter proceeds as a closed hearing. The court and all parties present confer on the record that the court makes its order as fully reflected in the notes of the official court reporter. The court’s prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Repondent’s ex- parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in Department 88.”
Damn, I guess this is rock bottom for Brit-Brit! Lord please don’t let her do anything to hurt herself but right now I think this is the best thing for Sean Preston and Jayden James. (B. Scott praying for Brit-Brit!) Stay tuned!
Update: Checkout these pictures that X17 has of Britney driving once again today with her children (in the back of the car), taken just minutes before she handed them over to Kevin’s bodyguard. Britney took the boys through the Carl’s Jr. drive-thru on the way to her meeting point. Brit-Brit doesn’t look too sad to me, I bet she will be at Les Duex tonight partying in a couple of hours!

terrible … most people won’t be happy till she is dead!!! disgusting just like anna nicole , with that phoney larry birkhead chasing her down for her baby , cause he wants some fun. Who the heck doesn’t drive on a suspended license ??? You can get your license suspended for not paying a moving violation . It doesn’t mean your not fit … Kfed and Shar hit the jackpot !

I feel so bad for those babies. I also hope her family is keeping a close eye on her. If she does try to do something stupid to herself, she will have an almost impossible time trying to get those boys back.

Well, it took a whole lot of mistakes on Britney’s part in order to get her children taken away. It’s like she was working over-time to get rid of them! Way to go Britney, you got your wish!
I’m not trying to make lite of the situation, but she must have really wanted to break free from motherhood because she was messing up daily.

I thought she had until Wednesday to turn them over, that heffa hurry up and dumped those kids off. She is a hot mess! Damn, you would think she would get it together for her kids, but she seems to be in a world all her own…

I think one should not believe none of what they see and half of what they hear . We do not know if brit brit , is on drugs . Everybody is talking about how hot her album is … How could she make that album if she did not live the experience. I think her people Kfed, even mother / father are upset , because she does not want to be thier gravy train anymore ….. Because Brit said her mom can’t see the kids , her mom is now fighting through kfed. I think she is laughing , because there is really nothing wrong with her !!! the paps follow her , because she calls them … This is publicity for her , i do not think she is crazy or an addict . This is what happens when u make others money , and then you fire them .
