She’s back! Celine Dion is an artist that you either love her or annoys the hell out of you. Regardless of your personal opinion, you have to respect her gift. The chick can sing… no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Her new single “Taking Chances” is the debut single from her new album of the same name. After 3 years in Vegas it’s good to hear someone with real talent again. I like the song but I can’t wait to hear the full quality version.

With all the hype surrounding Britney Spears’ VMA performance no one was more shocked than me to see this girl lazily walk around and give a half-assed performance of “Gimme More”. We all expected her to lip-synch but at least she could have made an effort to stay with the track. It looked like a f&*king rehearsal. I was expecting her performance to be out of the world but it absolutely SUCKED! She failed to execute the already lackluster choreography and her dancers completely outshined her. I actually found myself yawning in the middle of her performance. She acted like she didn’t even want to be there and by the end of her performance I agreed with her…I didn’t want her to be there either. Gimme LESS!

And what was all that talk about Chris Angel helping her performance? The only magic trick she did was help make her career disappear. Update: He was in the audience tounging down Tommy Lee. Can you really blame him?

I hope she has something else up her sleeve because right now she’s SOL.

This is the second single off Mýa’s forthcoming album Liberation which has been pushed back to be released some time around judgement day. I feel bad her album keeps being pushed back because her talent speaks for itself: good looks, she can dance, and has a decent voice. Damn, Hollywood can be a b*$&h sometimes… kind of like me!
