Katherine Heigl of ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy looks outrageously splendiferous as she graces one of the three different covers of the October issue of InStyle magazine! This is the first time in InStyle’s history that they have done a triple-cover, each cover will feature Katherine in three different hair/makeup looks!
