A few of our love muffins weren’t feeling the new album cover for AK’s album, As I Am, as shown in our previous post. Take a look at a few other photos taken by the same photographer Randall Slavin. She looks gorgeous, although it’s hard to make out much of her features due to the darkness in the photos. At the same time, that’s what makes them haunting and beautiful. If you as an AK fan could’ve picked any of these photos for her cover, which would you choose?

i love her cover shot. she’s getting her “grown woman” on and she looks very sultry, sexy and beautiful. it’s different and lawd knows i love folks who step out of the norm.

i must disagree again..
there is total lack of imagination here.
it looks rushed.
its a shame because i know many talented photographers, and this set here is not impressive.
there are ways to have the picture still hold and grab the audience and still have a haunting look and depth to it…
i’m a big alicia keys fan… but i really don’t like this at all
