Mel B, husband Stephan Belafonte and her adorable new tiny-tot cover the upcoming issue of Hello! magazine. In the issue Mel B responds to accusations that her husband Stephan Belafonte is a wife beater.
“Everything I stand for is about being a strong, independent woman, so for him to be seen as a wife beater is devastating for me because he’s not – he never has been,” “They’re trying to make him out to be this aggressive, violent, woman batterer and he’s not. If you read those police reports, they never say he physically beat up a woman,” she says. “The only thing I don’t like is that my friends and family read this and go into shock-horror mode, thinking, ‘Oh, she’s married a psychopath!’”
Something just doesn’t seem right with this picture.

lol. this woman really knows how to pick her soulmates..lol…. honestly what eddie murphy did was wrong.. but this woman… has to relax… why marry someone she barely knows.. especially going through all this drama..

Not sure what is meant by ‘whitening up her skin tone’. Mel is mixed race and is actually naturally a bit lighter than the colour she is in the photo. She has been out in the sun a lot since Angel was born and has caught the sun, hence the darker colour.
I saw all the pictures in Hello. Angel is a peach – she is beautiful. Phoenix looks like a lovely girl – very loving and close to her mother and very cute. Mel is a stunner. I had no idea she was so attractive until I saw the Hello pics.
Stephen is not my cup of tea but he appeals to some of my friends so each to their own!
All in all, the pictures are gorgeous. And Eddie is a fool for throwing this woman away but that is his loss – and Stephen/Mel’s gain.
