until you have a white accounting teacher (my first year at the highschool so she didnt know me like that) ask you the only black person in the class to get up in front of the class and ask you to say “i dont know nothing about birthin no babies” from gone with the wind because she “just loves your squeeky voice” as she did to me with 3 students wearing shirts with people hanging from a tree on the back of it saying “let the boys hang” then you can cry rascist. what that ethiopian did to you was the equivilent of asking you to come over and drink some sweet tea.
and this was in houston texas so i know racism when i see it.

Her comment was prejudiced because she clumped all black people together. For those who don’t know the definition: Interpersonal hostility that is directed against individuals based on their membership in a minority group. So because B didn’t fall for the okey doke and paid out the arse for some scarves then she makes the comment. How would she feel if he said after helping her get her child, “see this is why I don’t mess with Ethiopians!!”? It is just an ugly thing to say and maybe she don’t need the business from AAs.
