August 11, 2007 Elizabeth Arden: “A Body Double Was Not Used”
To correct our previous post on Britney Spears new ‘Believe” ad being fake we wanted to bring you this update. It wasn’t a body double just extremely airbrushed.
According to Acesss Hollywood:
A rep for Elizabeth Arden, the company that manufactures Spears’s perfume line, tells Access Hollywood that a body double was not used for the ad photo shoot, which took place earlier this summer. The rep did confirm, however, that at one point Spears left the set – just as she had at a recent shoot for OK! magazine. When Britney bolted, according to an Elizabeth Arden statement, “We used [her wardrobe assistant Cayli Cavaco] as a stand-in so that we could set up the lighting while Britney was off the set. When Britney returned, we shot the national print
Well I stand corrected; one of Britney fansites also pointed out that she has three little freckles/moles on her stomach which are present in both pictures.

i airbrush and distort pictures on a regular, I am a graphic designer, and i have airbrushed major artists… even if this is her.. her size has come down and she was airbrushed majorly…. i wish more people would have the strength to be themselves instead of setting a bad example for others and believing that women can be this perfect all the time…

I knew it was something. There was no way this woman who had two babies could still look this perfect.

Looks like everyone else beat me to it…behold the wonders of the digital tablet. Britney doesn’t go from flab to fab and back to flab over the course of a photo shoot without some magic. There aren’t enough crunches in the word.
