Work Your Weekend

1. Drink This! “Tangerine Cooler”

It’s going to be super hot this Labor Day weekend, so chill out with this drink.

1 oz Vodka
2 oz tangerine mix or 1/3 juice
1/2 orange juice
1/2 sprite

Pour all ingredients over ice cubes and shake well in a mixer. Pour into a tall glass!

2. Watch This! “Balls of Fury”

Balls of Fury is going to be one of those pure stupid comedies that will probably be hilarious! If you need a little funny in your life, check it out this weekend.

3. Wear This! “Fabric Vs. Leather”

These dueling fabrics will make a nice pair for one of the fall’s upcoming staples. Pull an R. Kelly and “double up” on your detailing.

4. Hear This!

Here’s the remix of J. Holiday’s song, “Bed”, featuring the mistresses of elusive musical disappearing and reappearing—Nina Sky. (How do they manage to just pop up randomly like this???) We were never in love with the original, although it’s a cute. The remix is a little cuter. What do you think love muffins?

5. Do This! “Donate!”

September is known for a few things—it’s the start of fall, it’s time to go back to school, it’s a huge moving month, and it begins with a three day weekend. These are all pretty big reasons for you to go though your old stuff and pass it off to someone who could use it. Use a couple hours of your free time to throw some things in a bag and drop them off at the Salvation Army or Goodwill. Get a receipt for your donation, and you can even use it as a tax write-off.

“Gimme More” Remix Ft. T.I. A Fake!

This “Gimme More” remix is not the official remix due to T.I.’s rap verses being the same as in his 2004 single “Bring Em Out,” thanks Joshy for pointing that out. The remix is still hot to death though!

In other “Gimme More” news, in just 24-hours the song is the #80 most played song in the nation! “Gimme More” will go #1!

Word is that Criss Angel is planning to make her disappear and re-appear several times during the “shocking” set. Wearing leopard print hot pants with fishnets underneath, our girl was looking hot and we can’t wait to find out if she’s planning to perform Gimme More or drop a new single!

Ri-Ri is definitely stepping her game up across the board and I couldn’t agree more with the selection of the beautiful “Hate That I Love U” as her fourth single! Do it Ri-Ri!

Britney Spears Will Disappear On The VMAs!

After officially debuting “Gimme More” Brit-Brit now sets her sights on her Sept. 9 performance on the MTV Video Music Awards!

According to the NYDN:

The paparazzi magnet plans to appear Sept. 9 on the MTV Video Music Awards, where “Mindfreak” magician Criss Angel will use his best illusions to try to conjure up a comeback for her.

Angel will guide Spears in and out of a series of mirrors, making it seem as though she vanishes and then reappears several times, a source told the Daily News yesterday. Other dancers in the complicated number are being called upon to harness up for simulated flight, the source said.
