If you didn’t know, Brandy is one of my favorite artists of all time. Her voice is the perfect blend of sweet and raspiness, her angelic harmonies are on another level, and her songs always hit my soul. As reported in our earlier post, despite her recent legal woes, she’s been hard at work in the studio.

The song “Sweet Nothings” was apparently recorded in the early part of last year but was recently leaked. It has a very Euro-pop/ New Wave sound that is literally out of this world. The layered vocal arrangements Brandy delivers are just unbelievable. The song will NOT be on her new album but if this is the direction she’s going in, I’m ready for the ride!!! I know that was a bit long-winded but I love this song.

When it comes to this season’s eyes, tropical colors look softly feminine, never disco-esque.
