MTV is launching another series that we probably won’t care about – at all! Newport Beach: The Real OC is set to premiere Wednesday, August 15th, at 10:30 p.m. on MTV. Laguna Beach seasons 1-3 wasn’t enough? By the 2nd episode of season 2, we were bored. In addition, why will this show be on the same season as MTV’s The Hills which also focuses on prior characters from former Laguna seasons?!

Take us Higher Lord! Where is the original programming?!

Love muffins you know I love myself some Christian Lacroix, and I just love these new ads for their Fall/Winter 2007 collection, shot by Terry Richardson. I do admit that the blue background is the first thing the eye focuses on and then the clothes but it still draws you in. Rocking a pink Alice + Olivia ensemble, our favorite little Hero Hayden Panettiere showed up to support her 13-year-old brother, Jansen, at a wrap party for his upcoming movie The Perfect Game in Los Angeles last night. Hayden was accompanied by her super duper adorable boyfriend, Stephen Colletti, as she dined with the rest of her family at Caffe Primo.

… you’re doing way too much boo boo! Just like how I do the most sometimes, Tyra Banks who looked absolutely stunning (but a little dark under the eye) took her audience around New York City’s Time Square in double-decker bus on Monday creating a media circus while taping for her successful syndicated talk show.

Looking better than ever the über splendiferous Sarah Jessica Parker graces the cover of the September issue of British Elle. In the issue SJP dishes about her alter ego Carrie Bradshaw, her battle with age and much more!

SJP on Carrie Bradshaw:

“People confuse my character on ‘Sex and the City’ for me. I don’t spend the best part of my day shopping. I love shopping on the rare occasion I get to do it and I love beautiful clothes, but these are the things that aren’t important — they don’t make you a better, more substantial person, thinking person. But fashion can give you a certain feeling — it’s that feeling that shoes can give you, or a bag, or the way a pair of pants fit.”

SJP on the whereabouts of Carrie Bradshaw’s wardrobe:

“They’re archived and stored like museum pieces. They’re in a temperature-controlled vault.”

SJP on her battle with age:

“I feel frankly I would rather have time with my friends and family than worry too much about certain things. I would err on the side of a dinner party than the gym. Food and people are life’s greatest pleasures.”

Obviously they waste away into nothingness. Here we have all that is wrong with our culture and ideals of beauty. Someone needs to tell Jaslene that she only weighs 67 lbs, and half of that is from all that hair! She’s leaning like a cholo in this picture. Hopefully she wasn’t drinking because just a drip on her lips would have the girl on the floor.

Also: We need to start a fund for her and the rest of the ANTM ‘winners’ that people just can’t and most likely never will remember! Start passing the collection plate and throw some biscuits in there for her dinner.
