I’m glad I took the time to watch this. It changed my opinion of her. I always thought she was a sour puss uber-b*tch, but she seems very charming and funny.

I have to agree with M.. this totally changed my perception of her also. I am glad because I thought the same thing. that she would be so snobbish, reserve, distant, and unengaging but this disproves my assumption.
