This video is causing a big stir amongst child protection agencies and law enforcement in Texas. A toddler seated on the floor of a moving car is teased and prodded about “rolling hard” and “taking that hit like a soldier”! If you look closely at the beginning, you’ll see there’s a baby in the car as well being passed between two people. This video is appalling! Whether the little girl’s been given drugs or not, it’s a travesty that people so young are having kids and treating them like experiments!

WHAT THE FUCK??? I don’t know if they gave her X or not, but whatever they gave her could have caused seizures or worse death. If you listen to it until the end, the radio announcer comes on and they are listening to a Christian radio station (KHCH radio out of Houston)… craziness.
