The magazine, with the help of Bono, has published a special Africa issue with 20 unique covers featuring the world’s most influential and prominent people including—George W. Bush, Oprah Winfrey, Condoleezza Rice AND Bill and Melinda Gates. All of the breathtaking photographs were taken by the legendary Annie Leibovitz.

According to Annie, the process took nearly two months to complete and the concept of the covers are a “visual chain letter, spreading the message from person to person to person.”
