As I briefly mentioned before, I covered the red carpet at The 20th Anniversary ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards with a film crew! I had an opportunity to meet and interview Mary J. Blige who was honored with the “Voice of Music Award,” the super duper sexy Tank, Kandi Burruss, the beautiful Letoya Luckett, Gabriel “Wonder” Arillo, Erica Campbell of Mary Mary, Young Berg, my new best friend Drew Sidora and the splendiferous Keri Hilson. I can’t say enough about how much I love Letoya Luckett! This talented singer/songwriter won an ASCAP award for “Torn”. She radiates positivity and is so stunningly beautiful in person! I have met all the members of Destiny’s Child and promise you that Letoya possesses the most natural beauty by far!

Even though Mary J. Blige was bum rushed by interviewers, I did manage to ask her what’s she’s wearing and her publicists responded ” Cavalli.” Oh my goodness, Tank is such a Future Baby Daddy! He came up to me to be interviewed and I almost fainted! We talked about his latest album Sex, Love & Pain which was released May 15, 2007 and about how it was to work on Jamie Foxx’s last album. Oh and I can’t forget to mentioned his honey colored eyes that made me want to jump for joy! Even though I didn’t have a chance to speak with Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child, I did observe that has to be one of the skinniest people on earth who just so happens to be one nicest. I know this is a horrible picture of Keri Hilson but it’s the only I have so thus it will be used. Keri Hilson is one of my favorite “new” artists on the verge of coming out. We talked about how it was to work with Timberland on his second single titled “The Way I Are” and the possibility that one of the five or six songs she wrote for Britney’s upcoming album being selected as the first single.
