  This is what I blogged about today:

  Oh yeah! I am giving my two cents to the “Paris” get out of jail card.I like Paris for her fashion, skin care regimen and her constant media entertainment. She is an entertainng skinny white women with a lot of money and a lot of baggage that I would have to say is negative. She lets society know she is rich, beautiful based on society standards of course, blue eyes and blond and pretty much can do whatever she wants within reason. Although this women has herpes according to that website she had an injuction against and it eventually shut down. We all saw the medication “Valtrex” but some of the men we see her with may not have gotten the memo. Sometimes I wonder are they really having sex with this women and safe sex at that! Of course she is an heirness to the “Hilton” fortune and that makes her somebody! The “Hilton Hotel” is an accommodation that we all have stay overnight at least once. Paris went to prison and than a couple of days she is freed because of a skin rash. How do we know that she didn’t have this rash already? It is also allege that her medical condition is pychological. Girl is about to have a mental breakdown and she is very fragile. Do you know how many people are going nuts in prison because they are in that tiny little cell and no longer have the freedom to do whatever the hell they want? A lot of women and a lot of people who really did not commit the crimes that they were accused of. If it was me a beautiful black women in my mind with the same charges against me similiar to “Paris” I would be treated alot differently. Believe that when I tell you this, it is really a different set of rules within the judicial system. Look how they treated “Lil Kim” v. “Martha Stewart”. Hmmmm is all I can muster at the moment. Both dolls have served their time and glad that is behind them. They both were treated harshly but “Lil Kim” did get the short end of the stick because she was a black women and a rapper with some serious questionable activity. “Lil Kim” got one year behind bars and “Martha Stewart” got five months for the same crime which was lying to the Feds. Who knew that telling a lie would get you in serious trouble with the Feds. We all found out that is not the thing to do. Just tell the truth because it is not worth going to jail for anybody or anything! Society and the criminal system has a different way of treating people of color, poor whites and other minority groups.The prosecutor would want my but behind bars, pay huge penalties, fines and look at me as just another victory under their belt and a case number. I would have a serious blemish on my drivers record and of course no media coverage following the case. I detest the exposure and scrutiny that some celebrities have to endure everyday. It is absolutely ridiculous that their lives are put on blast by the media! Oh yeah back to how I would be treated by the popo. The police report would be written to make me out to be an animal and my BAC. reading would be double the legal limit of alcohol. I would be sitting in court attempting to plea my case and of course my innocence. I would have already been found guilty and the police would be right to charge me with DUI according to the prosecutor. DUI charges seems to be the latest and the most traffic violations of those who are stop on a major highway these days! I wonder how they are going to treat Eve who basically had similiar charges against her? Would she be given the get out of jail card just like “Lindsay” was given at the hospital? Look at the Lindsay Lohan incident! She had drugs (a white powder substance) and ran away from the incident and all they gave her was a citation at the hospital where the police alleged she was arrested and given a citation . She was in “Promises” the rehab joint the next day. Yeah right, what’s up with that? Publicity stunt or does she really has a substance problem that is out of control. I beginning to think that “Promises” is one big ole joke! Seems like a holiday joint and recovery from plastic surgery. Watch “Lindsay” coming out of “Promises” looking rejuvenates, refreshed and cured of substance abuse. Ummhum! The things that you get away with when your a rich white person in America and the things money will buy when your pockets are very deep! Very deep ya hear! The police already showed (us) regular working class folks how they treat blacks, hispanics and poor white folk differently than a rich white female celebrity with a lot of money. Eve was given a $50k bail and damn near spent the night in lock up before she was allowed her freedom in the early morning hours. Thank goodness she had a white visitor (Sean Penn) that prevented them from writing false allegations about her behavior behind bars. Paris was not given a bail that high if any bail at all. She got out within hours posing for the cameras with her plaster smile and perfectly made up face. Now let take a survey of the events concerning Paris: She gets a DUI, she drives with an suspended license and is release to drive home that night after she sign some paperwork the police told her to sign during the stop that she didn’t read according to her testimony in court, she drives with no lights on to pick up a burger and than get stop again, they take her car and she goes clubbing across the street from where the incident with the police occurred, she goes to court and let the tears flow, judge doesn’t buy it and rules that she will serve 45 days in the clinker with no other options allowed, she publicly states that she is going to appeal, she petitions and has fans that plead for her freedom, she drops the appeal and claim she is willing to do the time for the crime, her sentence is reduce from 45 days to 23 day in jail for good behavior and time served, and she goes to jail after her party spree on Sunday night and of course she sneaked into the facility. NO media has a picture of her going to jail! Of course she is crying while she is being transported, who wouldn’t cry? She is release after serving 3-4 days in jail due to a medical issue. Now lets look at how that would have went for me: Pulled over by the police for a minor traffic violation which escalates into a DUI charge, handcuff and arrested for DUI, thrown into the cruiser and locked up in county jail, no phone call allowed for 6.5 hours, excessive bail placed on my head for a charge that I didn’t commit, excessive charges or trumped up charges that have no witnesses but your word and the police, carted off to a real jail until I post bail, fingerprinted and processed, released after bail is posted by my husband, given paperwork while being release with a court date for arraignment, get assigned a public defender because you really don’t have money for an attorney, pray that the lawyer your assigned to by the court really like their job and know the law, go back and forth in court about what really actually happen because of course the police is always right, prosecutor wants you to plead guilty so than they don’t have to prove you actually did the crime, excessive fines and suspended license and emotion distress to your entire family. Of course I would be devastated and distraught but would not be getting the same treatment as “Paris”. Now if I had a lot of money and media lurking around the corner following my every step, the outcome of my DUI arrest would be a bit different I would hope because everything would be recorded. It would be totally different! The justice system really does have a different set of rules for blacks, hispanics, Asians, poor whites and rich white folks. Hell with what the rules, statues and what the defendant may say happen during the arrest. Your arrested, the reasons for your arrest allege by the police must be correct. Not all folks are guilty of the crimes that are alleged against them from the police. A lot of people are getting arrested for DUI/DWI that are not getting the same treatment that “Paris”, “Mel Gibson” and most of the celebrities in Hollyweird are entitled to. We don’t see a lot of arrest that occurr with the regular working class folks being broadcast by the media! I wonder why that is the case. We do see being broadcast “Crazy police chases” and that show “Cops” but never a case that is questionable! The shows on television always show the negative side of civilians and the police are always right type of shows! I have never seen a show where the actions of a police officer is questionable and the arrestee is the victim. The police are always right and the arrestee is always wrong or guilty before being proven innocent in a court of law. I wonder why we never see those type of shows? All regular working class folks will hear about a major accident that was covered by the media which happened with the police. It would have to be major news for the media to pick it up. What comes to mind is the “Penn” case in New York. You all probably heard about the police shooting that young man who didn’t even have a gun. Jeez, I hope and pray that doesn’t happen to anyone I know, that was a terrible incident! Otherwise, incidents that occur among the working class folks it is a mute subject and most likely will not get any media coverage! Thanks goodness for blogging! Now everyone has a voice!
