A crazy looking, barefoot Nicole rocked a clingy orange dress with not much else this memorial day weekend, while onlookers watched her struggle to lift her grocery bags into her Mercedes SUV! Nicole’s dilapidated chest in conjunction with her legally separated sagging breasts is definitely haunting!
Just last week, Nicole’s representative issued a statement refuting that she was in rehab for substance abuse and anorexia-related problems.
These Hollywood girls need a group intervention!

She really got some serious health issues. How do we know she don’t have AIDs? Money is not one of her problems. It kills me when rich bitches like her are anorexic or bulimic! Someone is clearly lying to her, because she is not sexy at all! She is like the walking dead!
