May 22, 2007 Paula Abdul Trips On Tulip & Chips Nose!

In the above video, Paula Abdul, obviously high as a kite, told a FOX News station how she “chipped” her nose over the weekend. Paula said that she fell on her face trying to avoid stepping on her chihuahua, Tulip. Whatever! It’s amazing that she’s allowed on TV; she can barely put two words together! Paula needs an intervention!
