B. Scott in the house!!!! As previously reported, I was in attendance today at the Official BET Awards Nominations Ceremony! It was just splendiferous! I had the opportunity to have in-depth discussions with Robin Thicke (featured above), T.I., 50 Cent, Stephen Hill and Reginald Hudlin of BET! This post is just a small taste of the information I gathered!

BET dropped a press release about the event:

It’s gonna be a B-Day At The Bet Awards ‘07! Beyoncé Tops All Nominees With Six Nods. Jay- Z, Jennifer Hudson, Ciara, Akon and Gnarls Barkley also earned multiple nominations with three each!

The award winning comedienne and actress currently hosting VH1’s Charmed School, Mo’Nique, has returned to host the star-studded BET Awards 2007 show televising live from the Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium On Tuesday June 26, 2007!

The diva of all divas, the legendary songstress Diana Ross, will receive the BET Lifetime Achievement Award, and the critically acclaimed actor and activist Don Cheadle is set to receive the BET Humanitarian Award. 50 Cent and T.I., both present at today’s nominations ceremony, have been announced as performers for the show!

One of my favorite people ever, Robin Thicke, scored his first pair of BET Awards nods for Best R&B Artist and Viewer’s Choice for his chart-topping hit “Lost Without You”.
