April 27, 2007 Ask B. Scott…Special Edition
One of our love muffins, Francesco R., from Vegas wrote in this week with a special request from your’s truly. Check it out:
Dear B. Scott,
I am such an addict of the site. It’s like food and water to my day! I just have a quick request to ask you and if you don’t want to share it’s totally cool. Your skin is flawless and it just radiates in all the pictures you post of yourself. What do you use to get that look? If you don’t mind sharing, what’s your daily facial regiment? I don’t have bad skin, but it could be better.
Such a groupie…
Francesco
Aw! Thanks Francesco. You’re such a sweetie. I’m honored to share my facial routine with you. Anything I can do to help the love muffins. Here’s the routine…
1. Wash face really well at night with Zirh Alpha Hydroxy face wash and lukewarm water. This line of products available at Zirh Online Stores works wonders on removing dirt & oil from your skin. Zirh specializes in men’s facial products.

2. Do not moisturize at night. Allow your skin to naturally moisturize itself, as to not clog your pores. Many people make a common mistake of over-washing or over-moisturizing their skin. Too much of either can sometimes be worse than doing nothing at all.
3. In the mornTing…(yes mornTing with a capital “T”)…don’t fully re-wash your face. Use a warm cloth and wipe around your eyes and mouth.
4. In addition to Zirh, I use Ruth’s Skin Care if I really want my skin to be fantabulous. Ruth’s is unisex skin and body care. Available at the Los Angeles boutique, Lacto, is a special brand of cream that only Ruth’s carries direct from Israel. It works wonders on any blemish and moisturizes any situation. So orgasmic! You can use it on pimples up to 5 times a day and it’s like an instant remedy.

I also use Camphor lotion from Ruth’s. It cleanses your skin. It’s like a little light green magic potion – so wonderous! The vital toner they sell with Hydroxy acids is perfect for when your skin is a little dry or a little oily. It helps to balance out your skin based on what your skin needs, be it more moisture or less oil.
That sums it up love muffin! I hope this is able to help you. And remember, everyone’s skin is different so it’s important to find products that favor your skin. Keep us posted!
*Double Kisses*

Francisco:
I would also add Clinique Men Skin Care products can work wonders too.
Also, at least 64 ounces of water a day… a natural beautifier.
