April 20, 2007 Work Your Weekend
1. Drink This! “The Mojito”

3 Fresh mint sprigs
2 Tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz. light rum
Club soda
In a thin glass, crush half of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir. Add ice, then the rum and mix completely. Top off with cold club soda. Add the remaining mint and serve. (If you’re not a fan of strong mint, feel free to drop in a couple pieces of a peach or mango pulp. Or crush a few thin slices of strawberry and stir them in. You’ll be surprised how refreshing mint-infused fruit can be.) Enjoy!
2. Watch This! “Fracture”
