Back on Feb. 27, the Herpes Heiress was caught speeding down Sunset Boulevard without her headlights on. To make matters worse, when she was stopped it was discovered that she was driving with a suspended license. At that time, Hilton’s spokesman Elliot Mintz told the Associated Press that she was unaware that her license had been suspended. We all knew the bitch was lying but now they might actually have proof of it.

Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the City Attorney’s Office, said today: “We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive.” Because this newest offense is in violation of her probation for a previous DUI, she could possibly face up to 90 days of jail time. I’m sure Hilton’s high-powered lawyers will be able to get her out of this mess but I just can’t help but smile when I think about Paris Hilton possibly going to jail!
