Ellen Pompeo can work that quirky little smile of hers all the way to the bank! US Weekly is reporting that the 37-year old actress just struck a deal with producers for $200,000 an episode. (It would have been cheaper to kill her!) Everyone else on the show will be getting $125,000 for each episode. Patrick Dempsey, Sandra Oh, and Katharine Heigl have yet to solidify their contracts but we’re sure they’re holding out for more money.

Word on the street is that Dr. Homophobe, Isaiah Washington, might have to learn a tough lesson and be stuck with his old salary! I think it serves him right. Hopefully he learned that HATE DON”T PAY! His ass should be happy he still has a job!

I seriously hope all of the contract talks don’t ruin the feel of the show. They should have just stuck together like the guys from Friends and said they all wanted the same salary! What do you think?
