Alberta Ferritti was the designer of choice for both Becki Newton (the mean secretary from Ugly Betty) and reformed party girl Tara Reid. They both looked divine in her draped periwinkle gown. Becki Newton wore it to the Costume Designers Guild Awards only a week before Tara Reid got glammed up at the Elton John bash in L.A. Who do you think rocked it better?
