After a brief stay in the hospital for “dehydration”, Nicole Richie was spotted out on the town with her boyfriend Joel Madden. The pair had dinner at the swanky Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills. I really hope she ate something because she’s looking mighty waif in that Pucci dress and she can barely walk in those Christian Louboutin peek-toe pumps. Regardless, It’s always good to see Skeletor out and about!
