I really hope I’m not alone on this one but Adam Rodriguez from CSI: Miami has always tickled my fancy. This Puerto Rican/Cuban actor is just plain SEXY. Now that he plays sexy detective Eric Delko on CSI: Miami, few may remember that this stud got his start in the Jennifer Lopez’ video for “If You Had My Love”. Gwen Stefani recently announced that her next single from The Sweet Escape will be the 80’s inspired ballad “4 In The Morning“. Personally I couldn’t be happier because I adore this song. She wrote this song when she was pregnant with her song Kingston and her No Doubt bandmate and ex-boyfriend ,Tony Kanal, produced the song.

The song has been getting a lot of buzz and was recently played on episodes of Heroes and Friday Night Lights. It’s a return to the Gwen from No Doubt that we all know and love. Take a listen for yourself and let me know what you think. Enjoy Love Muffins!

Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson and Anika Noni Rose performed a medley of “Love You I Do”, “Listen” and “Patience” at the 2007 Academy Awards, which was, in my opinion, the true highlight of the show!

Ellen Degeneres was absolutely perfect! Her Oscar opening had the right balance of humor and edge! “If it weren’t Blacks, Jews & Gays there would be no Oscars or anything named Oscar!” That statement was priceless!

In case you missed it, Will Ferrell and Jack Black took the stage for what was their first and most likely only Oscar performance ever. The act was brilliant! Leave it to two of our generation’s most hilarious comedic box office blasters to take a stab at something that is oh so true–mainstream comedies will never win awards. My question is, why was John Reilly in the mix? Adam Sandler would’ve KILLED it! When Will Farrell said “Mark Wahlberg! Actually I won’t mess with you, you’re actually pretty bad-ass!” I died for laughter!

Al Gore and Leonardo Dicaprio’s little skit was very cute too!

Celine Dion sang at the Oscars tonight. While her voice was on point, I found myself rather bored while watching. Celine honey, you have an amazing voice, but enough with the boring power ballads 24/7! Newsflash.……it is 2007, not 1997!!!
