Though Kelly Slater and Cameron Diaz seemed really friendly last month while catching waves in Hawaii, Slater tells People “We’re just friends”. (We’ve all heard that line before) It looks like waves are the only thing Cameron’s been riding lately. When asked about how Cameron’s been coping with her recent split from Mr. Dick-In-A Box, he replied “She’s doing well”. Too bad for them, it was fun while it lasted!

T.R. Knight and Diddy: Tension At Avalon

Dr. O’Malley can’t seem to catch a break. At the Verizon/Rollingstone Pre-Grammy Party at Avalon on Friday Night, T.R. Knight reportedly had some CHOICE WORDS for Sean “Diddy” Combs. It seems that in the VIP area of the club, two tables were assigned for the cast of Grey’s Anatomy and two were reserved for Diddy. Since Diddy was extremely late, the large cast of Grey’s took an extra table that was originally reserved for him. When Diddy eventually showed up, that’s when things got heated. Page Six reports:

Combs’ bodyguard was a little heavy-handed. “This guy goes up to T.R., Kate [Walsh] and Sara [Ramirez] and started demanding – ‘Get out! Get out now! Move it!’ – T.R. was furious,” our spy who was in the same VIP section said.The spy added that Combs and Knight exchanged words before the “Grey’s” cast were led away to another table.

JC Chasez: Sugar Plum???

Sugar Plum Alert: The New York Daily News is reporting:

So JC Chasez seemed very interested in meeting a particularly handsome young gentleman during Fashion Week. Of course, the poor bastard had to pick a guy who was friends with a gossip columnist. “[His publicist] was like, ‘JC is going to be at such and such a place later, and he’d love to hang out with you,’ ” sez the olive-skinned hunk, who declined to share his phone number. Chasez’s rep says he does not recall that conversation taking place. “And if it did, it would just be to hang out in a group, because he’s a cool guy, not like a setup,” he explained.

This doesn’t necessarily mean anything but the publicist’s response seems a little suspect. Why not just outright deny it instead of saying “I don’t recall” and “if he did”. That just screams BUSTED. Could JC be following in the footsteps of his ex-bandmate Lance Bass? I knew he dressed to well to be straight! Well ‘Nsync, that’s 2 down and 3 to go!
