“The Return” stars Sarah Michelle Gellar, and is finally out on DVD! It was marketed as a “supernatural thriller”….but was far from that! Looks like the marketing team was trying to capitalize off the success of “The Grudge” movies. When I saw the movie in the theater back in November 2006, it seemed more like a mysterious drama than anything else, not horror.

The new DVD packs quite a punch: all new alternate ending not seen in theaters, featurettes, and deleted scenes! Here is the trailer:
