February 4, 2007 Purple “Reign”
His name may be Prince but tonight he was “King of the Stage”. Even if you aren’t a Prince fan, you have to admit that he gave a great show. Despite the torrential downpour, the pint-sized rocker gave a spectacular performance. With only 2 background dancers and 1 backup singer, he proved that you don’t need a whole lot of distractions on stage to hold people’s attention. The highlight of the night was “Purple Rain” and it seemed only fitting that the weather matched the song. Truly Incredible (Fug Faces and All)!
