Remember Lane Garrison? This Prison Break star was the celebrity before Brandy whose driving accident killed an innocent person in early December. Unfortunately for him, this fool’s recent toxicology report shows he had cocaine in his system along with a BAC of .20! A BAC of .20 is basically a bottle of vodka driving a car when you think about Cali laws. Beverly Hills PD wants him pinned with vehicular manslaughter, the usual DUI and contribution to delinquency of a minor. I hope this starts the trend of celebrities being properly prosecuted despite their FAT wallets!
