January 29, 2007 CHP: Brandy Should Be Prosecuted!
The California Highway Patrol has recommended that Brandy be prosecuted for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter! A CHP source said the department has ruled out mechanical malfunction as the cause of the crash. CHP believes Brandy “was just going too fast” and “was the person at fault.”
As previously reported by us, Brandy was at fault in a FATAL accident at 10:30 AM on December 30, 2006 on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles, that eventually led to the death of Aboudihaj, a 38-year-old married mother of one.
If convicted, Brandy could face one year in L.A. County Jail and a $1,000 fine. Too bad for Brandy, Johnny Cochran isn’t still around!

Why does Brandy look like she’s had a make-over from The Crypt Keeper? Dry, haggard, excessive eye wrinkling, ARGH! Looks like shit warmed over. As for the accident she’s caused – JAIL TIME!! If she’s like most celebs however she’ll end up paying millions to lawyers and getting a cake walk, the little bitch. And you know what? She’s fugly and brain-dead, so it’s no wonder she drives like shit too.

Ya’ll are wrong for putting that horrible picture on her on there like that! No one goes out, planning to get in a car accident and kill someone. We are ALL guilty of driving over the speed limit and so it could have happened to any one of us. Im sure she is torn up about the accident, which probably why she’s been looking so haggard lately.. Poor girl probably aint getting no sleep!

This is so sad. That poor dead mom and her family and now Brandy has to live with her negligence. Take it as a sign, people. Driving carefully is the most important thing you can do everyday you get behind the wheel.
