Sources are revealing that several key actors of Grey’s Anatomy have secretly begun contract renegotiations with Touchstone TV, just as the extremely successful medical soap opera readies for their fourth season. The studio reportedly made the first move earlier in the season offering an “overly generous” salary increase. The pay increases vary by actor with Patrick Dempsey rumored to be considering a raise of $200k per episode. This might get ugly. Should the actors hold out for more money and risk looking greedy?

And doesn’t the homophobic Washington really feel like a dumb a$$, literally with one F-word he destroyed any leverage he had in the ongoing negotiations. I just hope they tell him in his gay therapy that the gay community runs Hollywood, so you better watch your mouth!
