Maybe it’s just me, but I had no idea who this chick was when I first saw the picture. For those who haven’t guessed, its Hilary Duff. She was spotted in Burbank over the weekend making a coffee run. Duff seems to be giving me a Rachel Bilson vibe in this photo but I might just be losing my mind. Considering her past feud with Lindsay Lohan I wonder how she’s feeling about her arch-nemesis loosing her marbles and checking into rehab. Is she secretly laughing and Lohan’s demise or is is “So Yesterday…?”
