Anneliese Van Der Pol of Disney’s That’s So Raven did not even attempt to put up a fight as she was arrested for being BEYOND the alcohol intoxication legal limit. Before she was pulled over, the rambunctious red-head SWASHBUCKLED and damaged quite a few vehicles on the streets of Hollywood.
