TR Knight was on Ellen today and set the record straight about exactly what happened between him and Isaiah Washington. For those who don’t know, in October of last year Isaiah Washington, in an argument with Patrick Dempsey, referred to TR Knight as a “faggot”. TR Knight recalled the situation on Ellen and said, “I heard it, everyone heard it…I’ve never been called that to my face, then it became bigger than myself”. As a result of the media stir TR Knight was forced to come out of the closet.

To make matters worse, at the Golden Globe press room, Isaiah Washington had an unprovoked outburst and completely denied ever saying the word “faggot”. It was clear from Knight’s response today that Washington was lying. I used to like Isaiah Washington but he really needs to be fired!
