So her hair may be a little frizzy, but you know how humidity can wreak havoc on a black woman’s hair! Someone should’ve pulled ‘ol girl to the side and moisturized that situation. Nonetheless, it’s time to highlight Tawny Cypress as one of the lesser known but still talented black actresses in the game! She’s currently playing Simone Devereaux on NBC’s Heroes, and I love, love, love her. Don’t sleep on it. Catch her in the newest episode on Jan. 22!
