While Donald Trump was mum about the celeb-feud on Live with Regis and Kelly, Rosie O’Donnell couldn’t resist commenting on Trump’s remarks. She started off her first day back on The View on a light note but eventually she let her true feelings be known. She opened up by saying, “Boy, did I hit a nerve with that guy…He just doesn’t stop. He’s like the Eveready comb-over bunny.” She also joked, “He’s obsessed with me, obviously…it’s the way I look, he can’t resist.” Then she got serious.

She said, “I love it when people say you’re fat like you don’t know. It’s always the first comment of someone who doesn’t agree with you if you happen to be on the plus side…as if I don’t own a mirror. He wounded millions of women by saying I was fat.” She went on to say that while she was not personally not offended by Trump’s comments, her children were disturbed by his rants. She ended the discussion by saying that the topic was “over and done” and would not be mentioned again. We’ll see if that last.

I don’t really like Trump and did not feel Rosie’s comments were that off-base, but if you can’t take it then you shouldn’t dish it out.
